如何提升領導能力?

剛看了一段領導能力的片,一些重要如下。




私下的紀律是在公共場合上的自信


紀律的代價是快樂,為了得到紀律願意放棄什麼快樂


每個人的意志力都是一樣的。 不同之處在於,有更多紀律計劃的人會改變環境,並使以後的事情變得更容易。


將挑戰或困難重新定義為成長機會。

領導者最有價值的特質不是魅力。這是一個清晰度。清楚孕育信念,信念孕育行動,行動孕育結果。


定期提醒團隊或個人執行任務的目標是什麼。


願景不僅引領,也激勵他人採取行動。最好的領導者不僅領導人們,也激勵人們領導自己。


讓你的團隊負起責任。要求團隊對您要求他們採取的行動負責。領導者就是幫助其他人實現他們的目標。


問責是行動和結果之間的黏合劑。如果沒有問責,就可能達不到正確的結果。也就是說,人們努力工作但沒有任何成果。 它浪費了所有的工作。


例如:每週與團隊領導會面 3 次,並請他們自我評估自己的表現(紅、黃、綠)。下個月該業務成長了 15%。


責任 = 期望+測量x回饋

期望 = 時間和資源以及任務的預期結果

衡量 = 截止日期、KPI


我是否正確設定了期望並製定了衡量標準,以便我可以讓人們問責。


問責將願望制定者與行動執行者分開。


對於那些不願意掌控自己人生的人來說,問責就像是一種攻擊。


責任不是負擔,而是成長機會。


讓人們對自己的責任負責是一份禮物而不是詛咒。



Discipline in private is what creates confidence in public


The price of discipline is pleasure, what pleasure you’re willing to give up to get the be disciplined


Are you willing to pay the price?


Will power of everyone's the same.  The difference is people with more discipline plans alter the environment and make it easier later.


Reframe a challenge or difficulty as a growth opportunity.

The most valuable characteristic that a leader can have is not charisma. It's a clarity. Clarity breeds conviction and conviction breeds action and action breeds result.


Reminder the team or individuals regularly what the goal of doing the tasks is.


Vision not just leads but inspires others to take action. The best leaders do not just lead people, they inspire people to lead themselves.


Hold your team accountable. Ask the team to take responsibility for the actions that you have asked them to take. A leader is to help other people achieve their goals.


Accountability is the glue between action and result. If there is no accountability, the good result may not be achieved. That, people working hard but not achieving anything.  It wasted all the work.


Example: meeting with team leaders 3 times a week and asking them to self evaluate their performance red, yellow, green. The business grew 15% in the next month.


Accountability = expectations + measurements x feedback

Expectation = time and resource and expected outcome of a task

Measurement = deadline, KPI


Have I properly set expectations and put measurement in place so that I can hold people accountable.


Accountability separates the wish maker from the action taker.


Accountability feels like an attack for people who are not willing to take ownership of their life.


Responsibility is not a burden, it’s a privilege.


Holding people accountable to their responsibility is a gift not a curse.
